Karina Campbell
Karina Campbell is the office manager for the Fred and Barbara Erb Family Foundation. She provides administrative support to our staff and board of directors and identifies opportunities for improving the organization’s processes. From deftly handling daily office tasks to helping plan Foundation events to preparing critical materials for weekly team meetings, Karina is the glue that holds the Foundation’s operations together and the oil that keeps everything running smoothly.
Karina’s previous experience as a legal assistant at a company in Southeast Michigan and an administrative assistant in the U.K. gives her strong skills to help facilitate the Foundation’s grantmaking efforts. Her B.A. in Political Science from King’s College London and study of English law and philosophy in Sussex, England, offer unique insight and knowledge to the Foundation’s endeavors. Karina was raised in Romania and England.
Karina enjoys a variety of outdoor and indoor activities. She loves gardening and paddleboarding on Lake Huron with her husband and their dog, Theodore. She continues to feed her poli-sci interests by reading books about foreign affairs, politics, and history, while also feeding her curiosity and taste buds by trying out new, intriguing recipes. Karina always looks forward to traveling to new destinations.
